General Policies

Prices per room include breakfast (buffet) and all taxes.

The base prices for full rental are only for accommodation. In the option with breakfast, € 8 / adult and € 4 / child up to 12 years old per day.

Check-In must take place from 2:30 pm until 9:00 pm and Check-out by 12:00 pm.

In the case of Full Rental , check-in is from 3 pm and until 9 pm and check-out is until 12 pm.

This country house excels in the tranquility and rest of its clients, and it is up to each client to preserve this Policy.

Any type of extra bed is only available upon request when booking and must be confirmed.

Small dogs are welcome in Agua D 'Alte. However, your admission is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Booking Conditions

At the time of booking, 50% of the total stay will be charged, with a minimum of 1 night. In case of reservations made by email, only after payment has been made, will it be confirmed by the Hotel by email. The rest of the payment must be paid at check-in or at check-out, subject to pre-authorization by credit card. Any extra consumption during the stay will be paid upon check-out.

In the case of a "Full Rental" Booking, the remaining 50% must be paid within 15 days prior to the check-in date.

In case of "Non-Refundable" Rate , 100% of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Payment methods accepted for reservations: Visa / Mastercard / bank transfer.

Your online reservation is absolutely secure. Agua D'Alte reserves the right to pre-charge your credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 7 days before the check-in date: refund of deposit

Later cancellations, up to 48h before the check-in date, loss of signal.

Cancellations after 48 hours or in case of No-Show, the total amount of the reservation is charged.

  With less than 7 days or in case of "No show": total loss of signal.

In some periods / dates of the year, you can apply 15 days in advance for free cancellations

In the case of a "Non-Refundable" Rate, in case of cancellation there will be a total loss of the value of the stay.

Cancellation Policy in "Full Rental"

Cancellations up to 15 days (in low season) and up to 30 days (in high season), before the check-in date, we will refund the deposit. Cancellations at a later date, the amounts advanced are not refundable, but there is the possibility of changing the dates of stay.

Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy in force

If, on the check-in date, travelers are prevented from traveling in national territory, by government decision, the Customer may choose to set new dates or cancel the reservation free of charge, in which case the refund of the amounts paid will be made in the latter case. .
